Here's an opportunity to observe dentistry and the careers in the dental profession first-hand! February has been designated by the ADA as the month to promote awareness of career opportunities in dentistry and the allied careers.
You're invited to participate in the Annual National Groundhog Job Shadow Event beginning on February 2, 2006 and continuing throughout the spring. Job shadowing allows young people to "shadow" a workplace mentor as he or she goes through a normal day on the job, providing an up close look at how the skills learned in school are put in action in the workplace.
